At Solstiss Lace, we strive for perfection in every yard of delicate fabric; however, if your order does not meet your expectations, we accept returns on uncut, original-condition items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package with Care

  Place the lace in its original protective packaging to prevent snagging, ensuring all tags and the packing slip are included.

• 3.
  Shipping Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the lace remains uncut and pristine, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
